TAMMEN TREEBERRY FARM
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR 2020 TREE SEASON
As we enter into this Christmas tree cutting season, we must remember that there is an elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public setting where people are present. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed but we can guarantee that we are taking precautions for the safety of our families, our employees and their families and for you and your family.
WHAT WE WILL DO
We will start with daily health checks of our employees, frequent sanitizing of surfaces, sanitizing of saws between customers, frequent hand washing/ hand sanitizer use. We will all be wearing masks and practicing social distancing as much as possible
Our restrooms will be available and serviced and sanitized frequently throughout the day. There will be hand sanitizer available at both checkout stations.
We will have Credit/Debit card terminals available for curbside payment. We will also accept cash and checks
WHAT YOU CAN DO
DO not come if you have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days or have any symptoms (including fever, shortness of breath, cough). We typically are open several weeks. Please contact us if you need to come later due to quarantine. Weekdays have much fewer people on the farm.
Wear your mask upon entering the farm for check-in and getting a saw, waiting in line for shake and baling and upon entering any buildings (restroom, farm office), and in any situation that inhibits social distancing
Keep your own sanitizer in your car for use by your family as needed
Maintain social distancing between family groups
Be careful where you drive and park on the farm. Avoid getting stuck requiring close interaction with others to get you out. Do not drive around barricades
Picnic tables are available for your use if needed. Bring and use your own table covering and follow Tier 3 mitigation of 10 people or less in your group with social distancing
KEEP SAFE AND ENJOY THE CHANCE TO BE OUTSIDE WITH YOUR FAMILY MAKING MEMORIES AS YOU FIND YOUR 2020 CHRISTMAS TREE
HAVE A BLESSED HOLIDAY SEASON AND A WONDERFUL NEW YEAR
